2021年1月8日,為進一步推動兩化融合本質貫標,鞏固兩化融合管理體系試運行以來的成果,宏恒勝電子科技(淮安)有限公司隆重召開兩化融合管理體系貫標試運行推進會,公司高管、各部門負責人及貫標咨詢服務機構安徽易企達信息科技有限責任公司咨詢項目團隊一同出席會議,會議由公司資訊部魏建旭主持,并介紹與會專家、領導及公司參會人員。

公(gong)司劉文熒處(chu)長在聽取(qu)了(le)公(gong)司近期信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化建設和(he)(he)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)化融(rong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)相關(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)匯報(bao)后,對公(gong)司在信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化建設方面所取(qu)得(de)的(de)成(cheng)績給予了(le)充(chong)分認可。并針(zhen)對當前(qian)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)化融(rong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)管理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)貫(guan)標(biao)(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提出了(le)三點要(yao)(yao)求: 一是要(yao)(yao)把(ba)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)化融(rong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)體(ti)系(xi)貫(guan)標(biao)(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)(yu)管理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)相結(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he),要(yao)(yao)全面貫(guan)徹(che)落實局2021年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中,以兩(liang)(liang)(liang)化融(rong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)體(ti)系(xi)貫(guan)標(biao)(biao)推動公(gong)司在平臺建設、轉型(xing)升級(ji)、管理(li)(li)提升、深化改革和(he)(he)科技創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)全面開展。二是要(yao)(yao)把(ba)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)化融(rong)合(he)(he)(he)(he)管理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)貫(guan)標(biao)(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)(yu)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)相結(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he),做到(dao)全員(yuan)參(can)與(yu)(yu)、全過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)參(can)與(yu)(yu)。在貫(guan)標(biao)(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)推進過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,切實做到(dao)運用體(ti)系(xi)要(yao)(yao)求管理(li)(li)整(zheng)個過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),切勿形成(cheng)貫(guan)標(biao)(biao)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)“兩(liang)(liang)(liang)張皮”;三是要(yao)(yao)把(ba)咨(zi)詢機(ji)構的(de)培訓指導與(yu)(yu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)動學習相結(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he),做到(dao)咨(zi)詢公(gong)司竭誠輔導,公(gong)司員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)主(zhu)(zhu)動學習全力配合(he)(he)(he)(he)。

同時劉文熒處長根(gen)據公(gong)司兩化融合實(shi)際工(gong)作(zuo)需求提出四點要求: 一(yi)是全(quan)(quan)員要高度重視,自覺把此項工(gong)作(zuo)納入(ru)常態化;二(er)是全(quan)(quan)員要抓好協(xie)同配合,做到統一(yi)協(xie)調,綜合部署;三是全(quan)(quan)員要扎實(shi)推進,將工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)到實(shi)處,確保(bao)在計劃的時間內順利通過評審;四是要建立全(quan)(quan)員考評機(ji)制,以此確保(bao)該項工(gong)作(zuo)正常推進。

最后(hou),公司(si)(si)領導與與會專家及公司(si)(si)主要參(can)會人(ren)員進行(xing)了(le)合(he)影留念,隨后(hou)由公司(si)(si)資訊部魏建旭(xu)及生產負責人(ren)帶領咨詢老(lao)師(shi)對生產車間進行(xing)了(le)參(can)觀。
